Danfosss electric valve ICM 40-B D(027H4001) Category: Burner accessories The ICM 40-B D(027H4001) electric valve is a modular industrial control valve in the ICV Flexline™ series, designed for high-pressure natural refrigerants such as carbon dioxide, ammonia. Modular structure: It consists of three parts: low-temperature resistant carbon steel valve body (direct welding interface), functional module/upper end cover (model 027H4181*), and ICAD electric motor drive unit. This design supports rapid installation and maintenance. Temperature range: -60 to +120°C, adapted to extreme industrial environments. Working pressure: 40 bar (ICM40 model). High-precision flow regulation is achieved through V-spool optimization. Functional application: It acts as an electric expansion valve to regulate the flow rate of the liquid pipeline. Control the pressure or temperature of the dry/wet suction pipe and hot gas pipeline. It is cooperated with ICAD600/900 drivers and supports 4-20mA analog or digital signal control. Advantages: Compact and lightweight design (the entire valve weighs only 5.3kg), suitable for high-pressure refrigerants, improves the energy efficiency of the system COP, and provides a magnetic manual opening device as an emergency operation option.
