Paint Drying

The application of industrial burners in the automotive painting drying industry primarily occurs during the coating curing and drying stages, utilizing the high temperatures generated by the burners to provide sufficient heat for the curing and drying of the paint. This application offers significant advantages, such as improved production efficiency, reduced energy consumption, and compliance with environmental requirements. The efficient conversion and generation of thermal energy allow for the rapid curing and drying of coatings, greatly enhancing production efficiency. On the other hand, industrial burners have higher thermal efficiency compared to electric heating, resulting in significantly reduced energy consumption and lower operating costs. Modern industrial burners utilize clean combustion technology, which helps to reduce environmental emissions and meet current environmental requirements. Additionally, the temperature of industrial burners can be flexibly adjusted according to production needs, and their automatic control systems ensure high safety.

Liquid Tank Heating

Using natural gas, propane, butane, and other gases as fuel, the flame directly burns in the heating tube at the bottom of the tank. The liquid inside the tank is efficiently and uniformly heated through the reasonable length and layout of the heating tube, with a high thermal efficiency of over 80%. It can also achieve automatic temperature control and is the best choice and development direction for industrial tank heating applications in the future.

TNV/TAR Exhaust

The thermal oxidation furnace heats the exhaust gas to a high temperature, causing harmful substances such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), carbon monoxide, and inorganic compounds to undergo oxidation reactions and convert into harmless carbon dioxide and water vapor.

Direct Combustion

The burner is placed directly near the coating surface, and the heat generated by combustion is used to heat the coating surface, while evaporating the water on the surface to achieve a drying effect.

Exhaust Gas Treatment

Through high-temperature incineration, harmful substances in exhaust gas, such as volatile organic compounds, can be transformed into harmless or low-toxicity substances.

Garbage Incineration

The working environment of the incinerator-specific burner for household garbage incineration is extremely harsh, requiring high stability and reliability. Additionally, during the combustion process, the burner must not be interfered by flames generated from spontaneous combustion of garbage. The specialized incinerator burner provided by Daiding Combustion is not only suitable for household garbage incineration but also adaptable to various special operating conditions such as high temperature, high dust content, and combustion interference in industrial waste incineration. It can also be customized to accommodate various combustible gases and liquids, meeting the specific needs of garbage incineration treatment equipment. This series of burners can be equipped with our independently developed dedicated auxiliary devices, making operation and use more convenient.
