It is made of 2520 high-temperature resistant alloy material, instantaneous temperature resistance up to 1300℃, and integrates self-cleaning function to prevent carbon deposit from affecting performance‌. The component works in conjunction with the burner control unit (such as RMG/M88.62C2 or MG557/3 program controller), and can achieve reliable ignition through high-voltage electric spark, adapted to industrial boiler equipment in the power range of 16-250KW. Its design complies with EN298 safety standards, has a built-in ceramic semiconductor insulation layer, which can automatically adjust the discharge gap and reduce manual maintenance requirements.
