RIELLO RS310-M BLU probe (20042841) Product code: 20042841 The RIELLO RS310-M BLU probe is the core component designed by Riello for gas burners, mainly used for flame monitoring and combustion state control. Operating voltage: Usually 24V DC (compatible with RIELLO CU series controllers), maximum withstand voltage 500V AC. Ion current range: 0.1~2mA, matching the burner flame detection sensitivity. compatibility Adaptive models: RS 310/M BLU, RS 410/M BLU and other series of burners must be used with Riello CU500 or Siemens LMV52 controllers. Protection level: IP65 dust-proof and waterproof, suitable for humid or dusty environments. Functions: core functions of flame detection, proportional adjustment control, harsh environment resistance design. This probe adopts the ionization principle and uses the ionic current signal generated during combustion to feedback the flame state in real time. As an optional accessory for the RS 310/M BLU series burners, this probe can be linked to the PID ratio regulator to achieve a “proportional adjustment” operation mode. By monitoring the flame intensity changes, the probe feedbacks signals to the controller and dynamically adjusts the gas butterfly valve and damper openings to keep the air-gas mixing ratio optimal, thereby reducing NOx emissions (≤80 mg/kWh) and improving combustion efficiency.
