Riello gas burner RS 310-E ULX RS 310-E ULX is an ultra-low nitrogen gas burner specially designed for medium and large industrial heating systems. It is based on innovative ULX combustion technology and is suitable for steam boilers, hot water boilers and thermal oil furnaces. Power range: 650-3500 kW, covering medium and high load requirements. Power supply: three-phase 380V/50Hz. Fuel type: Natural gas (G20/G25), supports stable combustion without preheating system, simplifying equipment configuration. Operating mode: Supports proportional adjustment (through external 4-20 mA/0-10 V signal) or two-stage fire mode, with a proportional adjustment range of 1:5, and the combustion intensity can be dynamically adjusted according to load demand. Core functions Ultra-low nitrogen combustion technology ULX combustion head: Through gas grading and internal flue gas recirculation, NOx emissions can be stably controlled below 40 mg/Nm³ under FGR (flue gas external circulation), and some working conditions can reach below 30 mg/Nm³, significantly reducing the impact on the environment. Intelligent control and diagnosis Proportional adjustment function: The damper and gas butterfly valve are independently controlled by the servo motor, combined with the PID logic regulator, accurate load tracking is achieved, and the adjustment is fast and the stability is high. Security protection mechanism Gas leakage detection: Standard gas pressure switch and main solenoid valve leakage test (compliant with EN 161 gas valve set standards) to ensure that the fuel system has no leakage risk.
