Riello heavy oil burner P200 P-N P200 P-N is a two-stage fire ratio-regulated heavy oil burner specially designed for medium and large industrial heating systems. It is suitable for steam boilers, hot water boilers and thermal oil furnaces and other equipment. Power range: 570-2280 kW, covering medium and high load requirements. ‌Power‌: three-phase 380V/50Hz, motor power 4kW, heavy oil preheater power 14kW. Fuel type: Heavy oil (viscosity ≤50 mm²/s at 50°C), with built-in 14 kW preheater to ensure stable combustion. Operating mode: supports two-stage fire ratio adjustment, and the combustion intensity can be automatically adjusted according to load needs, taking into account efficiency and flexibility. Core functions Two-section fire ratio adjustment Precise load control: Drive the variable cam by servo motor to achieve smooth switching between one fire (minimum output) and two fire (maximum output), with a proportional adjustment range of 1:4. Fuel supply optimization: The gas butterfly valve can be connected from the left or right side, and can be quickly opened with the pressure control valve (VR) to achieve rapid opening of the ignition load and slow adjustment at full load to ensure combustion stability. Intelligent monitoring and diagnosis Electronic control box: display the operating status in real time (such as the number of running hours and ignition times), and diagnose the cause of failure through red/yellow LED indicators and pulse code (such as weak flame signal and abnormal oil supply) Efficient combustion and environmental protection performance Safety protection mechanism: equipped with main solenoid valve leakage detection device (forced installation when power is > 1200 kW), air pressure switch and high and low gas pressure switch to ensure safe operation.
