Its design goal is to achieve high-precision adjustment through mechatronics while meeting reliability requirements in industrial environments. Protection level is: IP54. Drive mode: Use a synchronous motor with self-locking, with a running torque of 3Nm and a holding torque of 2.6Nm, supports clockwise/counterclockwise bidirectional rotation, and the maximum rotation angle is 160°. Electrical parameters: Operating voltage is 24V±20%, power consumption is 10W, can be controlled by analog signal (2-10V or 4-20mA), and feedback signal output is provided. Operating temperature range is -25°C to +60°C, anti-vibration (IEC 60068-2-6) and electromagnetic interference (EN 61000-6-2), suitable for harsh environments such as boilers, hot air furnaces, smelting furnaces, etc. Core functions: combustion process control, safety and protection mechanism, communication and scalability.
