Car Interior and Exterior Design
The chemical properties of plastic surfaces can be improved by using a burner to generate flames, thereby enhancing the adhesion of ink, glue or paint to the plastic. This method is particularly important in the pre-treatment stage before painting. Additionally, the burner can provide precise temperature control to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the flame treatment process, as excessively high or low temperatures may affect the treatment effect or damage the plastic parts. The main advantages of this method include efficiency, high quality, and controllability. It can provide a continuous and stable flame, which can quickly and effectively improve the adhesion of plastic surfaces. At the same time, the flame it provides can evenly treat the plastic surface, thereby improving the quality of subsequent painting or bonding. Modern industrial burners are equipped with automatic control systems that can precisely adjust the temperature and shape of the flame to meet different treatment needs.
The tension value as an important parameter of the surface tension of plastics reflects the adhesion of the plastic itself to the ink. The smaller the tension value, the weaker the adhesion of the ink, and the larger the tension value, the stronger the adhesion of the ink. In order to achieve printing on the surface of polyolefin materials, flame treatment is used to adjust the tension value of the polyolefin material to the required dyne value.
Burners are mainly used for melting glass raw materials and forming glass. By generating high-temperature flames, burners can efficiently produce glass. At the same time, their precise temperature control function can ensure the high quality of the glass produced and reduce defects during the production process. In addition, high-temperature flames can also be used for glass forming, shaping various glass products. The main advantages of industrial burners are their high efficiency, high quality, and high controllability. A consistently stable high-temperature flame increases production efficiency, precise temperature control ensures the quality of the glass, and the automatic control system allows the flame temperature to be precisely adjusted according to different production needs.
Flame treater is used for two basic applications, namely pre-treatment and post-treatment. Pre-treatment is defined as the application of flame to the paperboard before extrusion coating. Post-treatment is defined as the application of "controlled" flame to PE paperboard or directly to thin film substrates.
